… time to set some new MILEAGE GOALS.
Since I’m incorporating both my running and biking mileage, I’ve well exceeded my August mileage goal of adding another 30 miles.
In fact, I’ve doubled it.
Go ME!
227.76 miles in less than 5 months. WOW!
So September’s goal is to add 40 miles to the total.
Completely DOABLE.
